Main office of DPWH is installed by multi brand and very old product already so replace was required one by one. They offered replacement even if the it was the latest products due to the installation issues with other dealers. We were reached by the engineer by search for dealers which has good installation reputations. The very 1st question that the engineer gave to RGCA was if the Daikin has good service because they need good quality service by brand. We explained Daikin has dedicated group of service, also about our service capability that we can monitor the units by frequent maintenance and after service as long as the units are installed by RGCA. Got the feedback that they were satisfied with RGCA works so we are receiving extra inquiry for other installation sites.
